Fitness Summer Camps
Being fit and healthy is the mantra today. Kids too have to be trained to keep healthy and fit. Fitness summer camps are the right alternatives for kids to learn some fitness techniques and basics during their summer vacations, when they can spend some time in such extra – curricular activities. Once these are learnt the kids can always practice them at home, with guidance and support from their parents. These camps are for kids of all ages who are willing to spend time to get fitness - trained.

Day Camp NINE: OlympX: We Got Game! - Keystone Science School Campus - 1053 Soda Ridge Rd, Keystone, CO
Please note: there is no Wednesday night overnight for this session and adventure day will be on Tuesday, rather than Wednesday. Channel your inner athlete and carry the torch, the OlympX are here at KSS! Break records, learn about human physiology, and go for the gold in this endurance-filled session. Test your strength in kickball, swimming, and ultimate Frisbee as we end the summer like Usain Bolt and Michael Phelps. Adventure Day Options: All campers will go ice skating at the Breckenridge Ice Rink and swimming at the Silverthorne Recreation Center. According to the 2000 census, the county has a total area of 812.85 square miles , of which 804.92 square miles is land and 7.93 square miles is water. The topography in the southern and eastern portions of the county is dominated by the dissected remnants of the Cumberland Plateau , such as Keel Mountain , Monte Sano Mountain and Green Mountain . The northern and western portions of the county are flatter.
