SUMMER CAMP TIP:
Getting Financial Aid for Summer Camp
Most summer camps offer financial aid to families in need. Such support helps offset the cost of such programs. After all, youth generally go away for weeks at a time, and the cost of camp covers everything from food to the offered activities. Parents looking for financial aid should take the time to talk to the camps, organize their financial information, and research the different types of aid.

SUMMER CAMP NEWS:
Sport Stacking/Science Combo (SSSC) - Bernard Zell Anshe Emet Day School - 3751 North Broadway Street, Chicago, IL
Please join us as we introduce a new exciting after school program to Bernard Zell called the Sport Stacking/Science Combo (SSSC). Our club members will participate in the exciting activity known as Sport Stacking (a fast-moving routine where students stack and collapse pyramids of plastic cups). Sport Stacking helps develop motor skills, patterning, sequencing, focus and concentration. It promotes hand-eye coordination and ambidexterity as well as gives students the opportunity to use both sides of their body and brain to improve bilateral proficiency. Sport Stacking reinforces the value of teamwork and the importance of never giving up. Sport stacking has become one of the fastest growing sports in America. Its used in over 6600 physical education programs and after school programs in the United States. The upcoming session will be a combination of Sport Stacking and science as we intersperse hands-on, creative, and fun science experiments. The breakdown of Sport Stacking and science experiments will be led by the interests of the students. ***Please note that if your child has been in our after school science program in the past, some of the prior experiments might be repeated. Supply fee will cover a personal sports stacks kit that your child will take home at the end of the class. Teachers: Ms. Cuculic and Ms. Wexler, 4th grade teachers 7732811858 x630
