Girls Scouts Summer Camps
Every girl must be given an opportunity to camp and learn to stay independent and to acquire confidence to handle all the tasks that life sets before them. Girl scouts summer camps provide this opportunity for girls to have some fun while learning life’s important lessons. The locations of these girls summer camps are such that they can provide the campers with a wide variety of activities and at the same time help them enjoy amongst nature and wildlife. The girls develop a sense of community which help them turn into future caring and responsible adults. All this is done under the strict guidance and vigil of trained experts.

Violin for Beginners Grades 2-5 (Thursday) - Janney Elementary School - 4130 Albemarle Street, NW, Washington, DC
Play violin! This group class is for the beginning student. Students will learn how to hold the violin, sue the bow, and fingerings. By the end of the term students will know how to play songs like Hot Cross Buns and Jingle Bells. You will need to rent your student a violin at Middle C or Potters Violin.
